EuroVisa Group coordinates enquiries across all seven service categories through communication management, documentation organisation and process facilitation. 2. Role of Licensed Local Lawyers
Where country-specific legal advice, legal review, representation or a lawyer-led submission is required and the matter is accepted, that work is carried out only by an independent lawyer who is duly licensed to practise in the relevant jurisdiction. This standard applies whenever legal work is coordinated in any selected destination; destination scope does not itself guarantee professional or route availability.
Before legal work is coordinated, the lawyer's licence and relevant jurisdiction must be verified. Each lawyer independently defines the professional scope, assesses legal eligibility and decides whether to accept the case, while practising within the regulatory framework of the relevant bar association or equivalent professional body.
EuroVisa Group does not direct a lawyer's professional conduct. The legal relationship between a client and any licensed lawyer introduced through EuroVisa Group's coordination is governed by the agreed professional terms and the conduct rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcomes
EuroVisa Group does not guarantee and cannot guarantee any immigration outcome, including but not limited to:
- Visa approval of any type
- Residence permit approval
- Work permit approval
- Family reunification approval
- Business permit or self-employment authorisation
- Special permit approval
- Any other immigration or administrative decision
All immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authorities in each country under applicable national law. These decisions are outside the control of EuroVisa Group, any licensed lawyer or any other private entity.
4. No Guarantee of Citizenship or Nationality
EuroVisa Group does not sell, issue or guarantee citizenship, nationality or any related legal status. Citizenship and naturalisation in European countries are legal statuses granted by sovereign national governments under their own laws. They are not products that can be purchased from or guaranteed by any consultancy or legal professional.
Any representation suggesting that citizenship can be purchased, guaranteed or expedited through unofficial means should be treated as seriously misleading. EuroVisa Group does not engage in or facilitate such representations.
5. No Sale of Immigration Documents
EuroVisa Group does not sell, issue, reproduce or facilitate the fraudulent creation of any immigration document, including visas, residence permits, work permits, passports, national identity documents or any other official document. Any such activity is illegal and entirely outside the scope of EuroVisa Group's activities.
6. Case-by-Case Assessment
Every enquiry submitted to EuroVisa Group is considered individually. EuroVisa Group may decide whether it is operationally appropriate to offer coordination based on the information supplied, the requested scope and available capacity. That administrative decision is not a legal eligibility determination. Where legal eligibility requires assessment, it is determined only by an appropriately licensed independent professional who accepts the matter. No enquiry, coordination offer or professional introduction guarantees an immigration outcome.
7. No Guaranteed Timelines
EuroVisa Group does not guarantee processing timelines for any immigration application. Processing times are determined by government authorities and are subject to change based on workload, policy and individual case factors outside the control of EuroVisa Group or any legal professional involved.
8. No Legal Advice Provided Directly

It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any legal decision or immigration action. Users should seek qualified legal advice from a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction for guidance specific to their individual situation.
9. No Official Government Affiliation
EuroVisa Group is not affiliated with, approved by, accredited by or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, ministry, immigration authority or official body of any country. EuroVisa Group does not have any special access to government immigration systems, consular channels or authority decisions.
10. No Cost Commitments
