What to Expect
EuroVisa Group provides a structured coordination process for enquiries involving selected European destinations. It is designed to provide structure, transparency and realistic expectations at every stage. It is not a fast-track service and it does not guarantee outcomes.
Our operational focus includes applicants based in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, China, the UAE and the wider Gulf region. The coordination model is designed for the cross-border complexity international applicants face when dealing with European immigration systems from abroad.
The professional model is non-exclusive and does not reserve a country for one lawyer or law firm. Availability and suitability are considered for each matter according to jurisdiction, route, professional scope, capacity and independent acceptance.
An enquiry may progress through the stages below, depending on the information supplied, professional availability and independent case acceptance. Final decisions remain with the relevant government authorities.

Step One
Initial Assessment
The process begins when an applicant submits a pre-assessment request through the EuroVisa Group website or WhatsApp channel. This is not a binding intake; it is the starting point for an individual review of the applicant's profile.
During the initial assessment, EuroVisa Group reviews the following profile information:
- Nationality and current country of residence
- Immigration objective — work, study, tourist visa, family reunification, business, investment-related or self-employment pathways, special permits, or citizenship and naturalisation guidance
- Educational background and qualifications
- Professional experience and employment history
- Legal residence history in any country
- Languages spoken
- Country or countries of interest in Europe
- Any prior visa or immigration history
The purpose of this stage is to organise the information supplied and identify whether a country-specific professional review is required. It is not a legal eligibility decision.
The initial review helps organise complete enquiries and identify whether referral to an appropriate country-specific professional may be required. It does not replace legal review.
Step Two
Independent Legal Review
When country-specific legal review is required, EuroVisa Group coordinates the matter only with an independent local lawyer whose licence for the relevant country has been verified. If the lawyer accepts the matter, they independently assess legal feasibility.
Where engaged, the independent licensed lawyer reviews the applicant's profile against the applicable immigration law of the relevant European country. This may include:
- Checking eligibility requirements for the relevant visa or residence category
- Reviewing documentation requirements and what the applicant can realistically provide
- Assessing whether the applicant's profile meets the minimum thresholds under applicable law
- Identifying any legal complications or disqualifying factors
- Confirming the appropriate legal pathway where one exists
Where a formal legal review is required, EuroVisa Group coordinates information exchange and process communication between the applicant and the verified independent lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
Legal review is carried out only by an independent legal professional licensed in the relevant European country. EuroVisa Group coordinates the process but does not provide or direct the legal advice.
Step Three
Country and Pathway Confirmation
If an independent licensed professional identifies a route that may be available under applicable law, the potential scope of further coordination can be explained to the applicant. This may include:
- The specific European country and the relevant legal pathway
- The category of visa, residence permit, or process to be pursued
- The documentation required from the applicant
- The expected process structure and involvement of the licensed local lawyer
- A clear statement that the outcome is subject to government authority decisions
At this stage, the applicant is provided with a clear and honest picture of the process ahead. There are no false promises about timelines and no guarantees of outcome. If the legal review has identified significant uncertainty or risk in the case, this is communicated clearly before proceeding.
The applicant is not committed to proceeding at this stage. Pathway confirmation is a review milestone, not a guarantee of success.
Step Four
Process Coordination
Once an independent licensed professional has identified a potential route and accepted the matter, and the parties have agreed the scope, EuroVisa Group coordinates the agreed process. This stage may involve:
- Structured communication between the applicant and the legal professional
- Documentation coordination — identifying what is needed, in what format, and by when
- Coordination of translation or apostille requirements with an appropriately qualified provider, where needed and only after the provider's credentials and scope have been confirmed
- Progress follow-up and structured communication at key stages
- Support for cross-border logistics involved in the documentation process
This coordination role can be particularly valuable for applicants based in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the UAE and the Gulf region. Managing the documents required for a European process from abroad often calls for structured support and clear communication.
Formal jurisdiction-specific steps are organised through the engaged independent lawyer or other appropriately qualified professional, within the agreed scope for the selected country and pathway.
Any legal advice or representation is provided by the engaged licensed professional. Other procedural steps may involve the applicant, employer or relevant authority.
Step Five
Outcome and Follow-Up
Once the formal application has been submitted to the relevant government authority, the case enters the decision phase. At this stage, the outcome is entirely in the hands of the relevant government authority.
EuroVisa Group provides structured follow-up based on the official response received:
- If the outcome is positive, EuroVisa Group coordinates any agreed follow-up steps alongside the engaged legal professional
- If the outcome requires additional documentation or clarification, this is communicated and coordinated as appropriate
- If the outcome is negative, any review of an appeal or alternative legal option depends on the engaged professional's scope, acceptance and applicable law
- Under no circumstances does EuroVisa Group make promises about the outcome of this stage
No company can control final government decisions. Immigration outcomes depend on applicable law, the applicant's profile, the documentation submitted and the decision of the relevant government authority. EuroVisa Group does not guarantee any immigration outcome at any stage of the process.
