EuroVisa Group coordinates immigration processes across European legal systems on behalf of international applicants. Our process is designed to provide structure, transparency, and realistic expectations at every stage. It is not a fast-track service and it does not guarantee outcomes.
Many applicants we work with are based in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, China, the UAE or other Gulf countries. The coordination model is built to handle the cross-border complexity that international applicants face when dealing with European immigration systems from abroad.
Every case follows the same structured process. Shortcuts are not offered and not available. Final decisions are made exclusively by government authorities.
Step One
Initial Assessment
The process begins when an applicant submits a pre-assessment request through the EuroVisa Group website or WhatsApp channel. This is not a binding intake; it is the starting point for an individual review of the applicant's profile.
During the initial assessment, EuroVisa Group reviews the following profile information:
- Nationality and current country of residence
- Immigration objective — work, study, tourist visa, family reunification, business, or citizenship-related guidance
- Educational background and qualifications
- Professional experience and employment history
- Legal residence history in any country
- Languages spoken
- Country or countries of interest in Europe
- Any prior visa or immigration history
The purpose of this stage is to determine whether there is a potentially viable lawful pathway for the applicant's situation. If a profile requires a different route or additional preparation, the applicant is informed clearly before moving forward.
The initial assessment helps identify profiles with a realistic lawful pathway and organise the next steps clearly.
Step Two
Legal Review with Licensed Local Lawyers
Applicants whose profiles pass initial assessment are referred to licensed local lawyers in the relevant European country for a formal legal feasibility review. This is a critical stage in the process.
Licensed local lawyers review the applicant's profile against the applicable immigration law of the relevant European country. This includes:
- Checking eligibility requirements for the relevant visa or residence category
- Reviewing documentation requirements and what the applicant can realistically provide
- Assessing whether the applicant's profile meets the minimum thresholds under applicable law
- Identifying any legal complications or disqualifying factors
- Confirming the appropriate legal pathway where one exists
Where a formal legal review is required, EuroVisa Group coordinates the information exchange and process communication between the applicant and the qualified professional partner in the relevant jurisdiction.
The legal review is carried out by licensed legal professionals in the relevant European country. EuroVisa Group coordinates review through qualified local professionals where required.
Step Three
Country and Pathway Confirmation
Once the legal review is complete and a viable pathway has been identified, the specific process is confirmed with the applicant. This includes:
- The specific European country and the relevant legal pathway
- The category of visa, residence permit, or process to be pursued
- The documentation required from the applicant
- The expected process structure and involvement of the licensed local lawyer
- A clear statement that the outcome is subject to government authority decisions
At this stage, the applicant is provided with a clear and honest picture of the process ahead. There are no false promises about timelines and no guarantees of outcome. If the legal review has identified significant uncertainty or risk in the case, this is communicated clearly before proceeding.
The applicant is not committed to proceeding at this stage. Pathway confirmation is a review milestone, not a guarantee of success.
Step Four
Process Coordination
With the pathway confirmed and the applicant ready to proceed, EuroVisa Group coordinates the process alongside the licensed local legal professional. This stage involves:
- Structured communication between the applicant and the legal professional
- Documentation coordination — identifying what is needed, in what format, and by when
- Translation and apostille guidance where applicable and subject to professional referral
- Progress follow-up and structured communication at key stages
- Support for cross-border logistics involved in the documentation process
This coordination role is particularly important for applicants based in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the UAE and the Gulf region, where collecting and submitting European-standard documentation from abroad requires structured support and clear communication channels.
Formal jurisdiction-specific steps are organised through the relevant qualified professional partner according to the selected country and pathway.
EuroVisa Group coordinates the process. Legal steps are carried out by or under the supervision of licensed local lawyers in the relevant European country.
Step Five
Outcome and Follow-Up
Once the formal process has been submitted to the relevant government authority, the case enters the decision phase. At this stage, the outcome is entirely in the hands of the relevant government authority.
EuroVisa Group provides structured follow-up based on the official response received:
- If the outcome is positive, EuroVisa Group coordinates any follow-up steps required alongside the legal professional
- If the outcome requires additional documentation or clarification, this is communicated and coordinated as appropriate
- If the outcome is negative, the applicant is informed clearly and the legal professional reviews whether any appeal or alternative option exists under applicable law
- Under no circumstances does EuroVisa Group make promises about the outcome of this stage
No company can control final government decisions. Immigration outcomes depend on applicable law, the applicant's profile, documentation submitted, and the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. EuroVisa Group does not guarantee any immigration outcome at any stage of the process.
