For European Employers
For Employers
EuroVisa Group invites European employers to discuss structured international workforce coordination. Where country-specific legal work is required, it proceeds only after an appropriately licensed independent professional has been identified, their credentials have been verified and they have independently accepted the matter. Employment and compliance decisions remain with the employer and relevant professionals; no outcome is guaranteed.
EuroVisa Group does not advertise vacancies, recruit workers or guarantee job offers.
Our Role
International Workforce Coordination
International recruitment may be possible under country-specific immigration and employment rules. Requirements, employer obligations and authority decisions vary by jurisdiction, role and worker profile.
EuroVisa Group may organise communication and documentation for enquiries relating to the 10 selected destinations. If country-specific legal review is required, work proceeds only after a suitably licensed professional for that jurisdiction has been identified, their credentials have been verified and they have independently accepted the matter.
Our role remains coordination only. EuroVisa Group does not act as a recruiter, select employees, provide legal advice or determine employer compliance. Employers retain responsibility for employment decisions and employer-side duties; no job, work permit or immigration outcome is guaranteed.

What EuroVisa Group Can Coordinate for Employers
Worker Immigration Enquiry
Under an agreed engagement, EuroVisa Group may organise an employer's enquiry for possible review by an appropriately licensed local professional, subject to law and case acceptance.
Independent Legal Review

Multi-Country Enquiries
Multi-country enquiries may be considered within the 10 selected destinations, subject to the availability and acceptance of an appropriately licensed professional in each jurisdiction.
Employer-Led Mobility
Support for Structured Workforce Pathways
Under an agreed engagement, EuroVisa Group may help organise communication, applicant documentation and process coordination for employer-led mobility enquiries, with independent professional involvement where required.

What Employers Should Understand
Work permit processes for non-EU workers in European countries vary significantly by country, sector, worker profile, and applicable law. The following factors are typically relevant:
- Labour-market checks: For some routes, authorities may require evidence that a vacancy could not be filled from the domestic or EU/EEA labour market; exemptions and evidence requirements vary
- Quota systems: Some countries and routes use numerical quotas or sector or category limits; others do not, and rules and application windows change
- Employer obligations: Duties may include checking the worker's right to stay and work, retaining prescribed records and making notifications or registrations required by national law
- Worker and route eligibility: Conditions may include the role, contract or job offer, qualifications, salary and professional recognition; procedures or exemptions may also vary by nationality
- Processing timelines: Official decision times are controlled by competent authorities, while total duration may also depend on steps involving the employer, applicant, documents and third parties
EuroVisa Group organises each employer enquiry individually. An appropriately licensed local professional independently assesses legal eligibility, while the employer remains responsible for employment and employer-side compliance decisions.

Discuss Your Workforce Coordination Needs
If you are a European employer exploring lawful international workforce coordination for non-EU workers, email us with your organisation, country, role and the scope of your enquiry. The applicant pre-assessment form is not used for employer enquiries. Any country-specific legal assessment remains with an appropriately licensed local professional.
